Odessa Links provides our community with access to resources and follow-up care, together with local organizations. Odessa Links is a Coordinated Entry Site (CET) for homeless families and individuals seeking shelter and housing interventions.
Referral Plus Program: Assists community members seeking service information along with follow up care to ensure information needs are met.
LIFT Program (Linking Individuals and Families with Transportation): Passes are a form of financial diversion assistance for homeless persons needing transportation assistance to access alternative housing options and pursue residential stability.
Project HOPE (Homeless Opportunities for Personal Excellence): A rapid rehousing self-sufficiency program that integrates existing supportive services, scattered site rental assistance, and long-term self-sufficiency plans to significantly reduce and eliminate homelessness in Odessa.
