Works to provide a positive learning experience in a safe and healthy environment that will improve the quality of life for the children and families served and empower them to become self-sufficient contributing members of the community. Services include early childhood development program, childhood health, childhood social services and parent referrals.

Services provided in English and Spanish.

Ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
