Disabilities Claims Services

Helps individuals who are disabled apply for and obtain their SSI and/or Social Security Disability Benefits, set up appointments, fill out all forms, file appeals and represent the claimant before the administrative law judge. Eligible for those unable to work for 12 continuous months due to mental and/or physical cause.

Individuals with disabilities of all ages.
