Discussing families and their progress with services and barriers keeping them from succeeding.
Providing wrap around services for the entire family.
For caseworkers and programs that provide direct services and resources for families. The team meets bi-weekly to review and discuss specific neglect cases referred by CPS.
Community Coalition
For any organization, community member or professional who feels that they have a role in reducing and preventing child neglect and maltreatment in Ector County.
The coalition focuses on three different levels of prevention:
